Tracy Tibedo

Tracy has a passion for sales education programs and has spent the majority of his career in sales.

Today, Tracy Tibedo guides sales team performance by formulating the most appropriate training programs to bring teams to optimal performance.

Tracy’s career in sales began in 1983 in the life sciences industry. Since that time, he has held multiple roles in sales, sales management, market, product management and he even worked for a time in regulatory affairs.

In 1999 he moved back to the profession he loved, sales, and joined Waters corporation, first as a sales rep, and then moved into sales training.

Today, Tracy is the Director of Global Sales Training for the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division of Thermo Fisher Scientific.

His team of dedicated trainers develops both technical training on products as well as sales skills material for sales and marketing professionals.
