Ira Ozer

Ira Ozer, CPIM, CRP, CEP, is an incentive and engagement consultant who works with Tramazing clients to improve the engagement of their sales teams (internal and channel partners) by integrating incentive and recognition programs with our sales training and coaching systems to maximize productivity and results.

Ira provides expertise based on best practices and recommends all services necessary to accomplish objectives, including strategic program assessment and design, incentive and recognition technology, merchandise, travel and experiential training and coaching, communications, incentive technology, return-on-investment (ROI) analytics and more.

Ira has been a leader in the incentive, recognition and engagement industry for more than twenty-five years, having held senior sales and marketing posts at companies including Sony, USMotivation, Meridian and BI Worldwide.

He holds a B.A in Economics from Rutgers University and his industry designations include Certified Professional of Incentive Management (CPIM) by the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) by Recognition Professionals International (RPI), Certified Innovation Trainer by Solution People, Certified Engagement Practitioner (CEP) by the International Center for Enterprise Engagement (ICEE).
